|||
It has been announced that Foundry Networks, the IT firm, is to move into new commercial property in Bracknell.
The company from San Francisco has stated that it has taken out a 5-year lease on Unit 4 in Bracknell Beeches, reports Property Mall. Such a move follows the finish of the company's lease at RSA House, which is also in the area, the publication stated. A new deal was sought with the advice and negotiating power of NB Real Estate and under the new lease there is se to be a one year rent-free period. In addition, there is a tenants only break clause at the end of the third year, while the rent will come to £22per sq ft, Property Mall added. Foundry networks specialises in servers and switches for IT networks. Earlier this month, an internet firm - 1&1 Limited - recently stated that it is to take on property in Slough.
